Works with HawkSoft
HawkSoft runs a Partner API program. Version 3.0 of the Partner API was built for the HawkSoft 6 cloud data model and also works with HawkSoft 5, per HawkSoft's October 2023 update. Its documentation is public at partner.hawksoft.app, but only approved partners get API credentials, and each agency switches a partner on through the HawkSoft Marketplace. HawkSoft separates one-way partners, which read agency data, from two-way partners, which also write activity back into the client file as log notes and attachments. In late 2023 HawkSoft reported 22 API partners, 12 of them two-way. Its partner directory listed 67 partners in October 2026, many labeled "Two-way API Integrated" or "1-Way Integration." HawkSoft Rater, a separate built-in link, sends client data to about ten personal lines comparative raters. Carrier downloads update policies independently of partners. If a vendor isn't in HawkSoft's directory, its "integration" may be an export or a workaround, not the Partner API.

- Are you listed in HawkSoft's partner directory, and is your integration one-way or two-way?
- Does your integration support the version 3.0 Partner API for agencies on HawkSoft 6?
- What do you write back to HawkSoft: log notes, attachments, tasks or policy data? Can you show one in a live client file?
- Is there a separate fee from HawkSoft or from you to switch on the integration in the HawkSoft Marketplace?
- What happens to our data in your system if we turn the integration off?
