About & disclosure

Agency Tech Guide helps independent P&C agencies pick the software they run on: quoting tools, raters, agency management systems and the new wave of AI agents.

Who we are

We’re the team behind Relay, an AI agent that quotes in carrier portals for P&C agencies. We spend our days inside agency workflows and carrier portals, and we built this guide because agencies kept asking us which tools were worth it.

Our disclosure

Because we build Relay:

• Relay is ranked in commercial quoting, AI quoting agents and AI agency assistants, and labeled Ours everywhere it appears. How we rank our own product.
• No other vendor can pay for a ranking.
• Some tools we review compete with Relay. We review them on the same criteria as everything else, and we correct mistakes fast.
