Submission and intake automation

Tools that turn client documents, emails and applications into structured data, ACORD forms and carrier-ready submissions, so staff stop re-keying the same account into every form.

How to choose

What matters most, in order

What it reads

Test it on your own dec pages, loss runs, schedules and prior-year ACORDs, including scanned and messy ones.

What it does with missing data

Apps often lack what carriers ask for, such as pets, pools, trampolines or a date of birth. Check whether it flags the gap, asks the client or leaves the field blank.

Which forms it fills

Check the exact ACORD numbers and carrier supplementals it supports, such as 125, 126, 127, 130 and 140.

Where the data goes next

Confirm whether it writes to your AMS, rater or carrier submission channel, or just hands you a PDF to re-upload.

Review and audit trail

Look for flagged low-confidence fields and a record of where each answer came from, because you own the E&O risk.

Client experience

If clients fill in the application themselves, try the link, form and e-signature flow as a client would.
