Who wins with it

Choose it if

You run Applied Epic, AMS360, NowCerts or QQCatalyst and want pipelines, drip campaigns, texting and calling in one tool that writes activity back to the AMS.

Skip it if

You need a published per-user price up front, or full two-way policy sync on AMS360.

The good and the catch

+Long AMS integration list. InsuredMine's integrations page lists Applied Epic, AMS360, Sagitta, HawkSoft, QQCatalyst, NowCerts, Dyad Nexsure, Evo and BenefitPoint (Oct 2026).
+Activity lands back in AMS360. Its AMS360 article says notes, emails, texts, files, quote PDFs and campaign activity sync from InsuredMine into AMS360.
+Texting, calling and quiet hours built in. The vendor lists texting, calling, voicemail drops and an AI voice agent, and admins can set an outbound text time range so texts outside it send the next day.
+Low-risk trial and short contracts. A 14-day trial costs $1, and monthly plans cancel with 30 days' notice, per the pricing page FAQ.
−Policy sync is one-way on AMS360. The AMS360 article says policy data flows only from AMS360 to InsuredMine, updated daily at 4:30 a.m. CST, and policy changes can't be pushed back.
−Per-user price isn't shown. The pricing page shows plan features but no rate, and both plans say setup and implementation fees apply (Oct 2026).
−Sync detail is uneven across AMSs. NowCerts and AMS360 have documented field lists; for Epic, HawkSoft and others the integrations page gives no fields, direction or frequency.
−Trial excludes the AMS link. The $1 trial includes email, texting, pipelines and integrations but not the AMS connection, so you can't test sync before you buy.

What it is

InsuredMine is a CRM built for insurance agencies. It positions itself as a layer on top of your agency management system (AMS). The AMS stays the system of record for policies and accounting. InsuredMine handles the pipeline, follow-up, texting, calling and campaigns. The company is based in Richardson, Texas.

As of October 2026, its integrations page lists Applied Epic, AMS360, Sagitta, HawkSoft, QQCatalyst, NowCerts (now Momentum), Dyad Nexsure, Evo and BenefitPoint. The homepage also names Xanatek. The BenefitPoint link means it also serves agencies with a benefits book. Other listed integrations include TurboRater, QuoteRUSH, PL Rater, Canopy Connect, RingCentral, Twilio, Stripe and Zapier.

How it works

Based on InsuredMine’s site and knowledge base:

  1. Connect the AMS. Customer, contact and policy data flow in from your AMS. On AMS360, customer changes arrive in about five minutes and policies refresh daily at 4:30 a.m. CST. A refresh button pulls new records on demand.
  2. Work leads in a pipeline. Opportunities move through sales pipelines with tasks, goals and an Account 360 view of each client.
  3. Reach the client. Producers text, call, email and drop voicemails from the app, and each touch is logged to the account. An AI voice agent can answer missed calls and book appointments, per the vendor.
  4. Automate follow-up. Drip campaigns send email and text sequences. Reviews, NPS surveys and e-signatures are built in.
  5. Write back to the AMS. New contacts can be added to AMS360. Notes, emails, texts, files, quote PDFs and campaign activity sync into the AMS360 activity log. In Settings, each of contacts, policies and activities can be set to sync automatically or manually.
  6. Report. Dashboards and reports cover pipeline and activity. AI features add account summaries, churn and cross-sell predictions and next-best actions.

A co-branded client mobile app lets customers view policies, pay bills and request quotes.

Where it’s strong

AMS coverage. If you run Epic, AMS360, Sagitta, QQCatalyst or NowCerts, InsuredMine is one of the few CRMs that lists your system. The NowCerts link is the deepest documented one. InsuredMine’s 2020 announcement describes real-time, two-way sync of contacts, policies, notes, files, tasks, texts, drivers, vehicles and call records.

Activity write-back. Producer texts and emails don’t stay trapped in the CRM. On AMS360 they land in the activity log, where your service team already looks.

Communication in one place. Texting, calling, voicemail drops and email sit together. An outbound text window lets you hold texts sent after hours until the next day.

Short commitment. Month-to-month plans cancel with 30 days’ notice. Annual plans save 5%, or 10% if paid up front.

Where it falls short

AMS360 policy sync is one-way. The AMS360 article (October 2023) says policy fields flow only from AMS360 to InsuredMine. Policy changes made in InsuredMine can’t be pushed back. Documents and activities in AMS360 don’t come into InsuredMine. Newer articles describe pushing a policy to the AMS from the policy screen, so confirm current behavior for your system.

Uneven documentation. Field-level sync detail is published for AMS360 and NowCerts. For Epic, HawkSoft, Evo and others, the integrations page gives no fields, direction or frequency.

No public price. The pricing page shows plan features but no per-user rate. Setup fees apply but aren’t stated.

Trial skips the AMS. The $1 trial excludes the AMS integration, which is the part most buyers need to test.

Older reviews. Most of InsuredMine’s 16 G2 reviews date from 2021–2022, and several mention a heavy initial setup (Oct 2026).

Pricing and setup

As of October 2026, InsuredMine sells a monthly User License and an annual Enterprise plan, both priced per user. Neither shows a rate, and both say setup and implementation fees apply. Book a demo for a quote and model it at your current and two-year headcount. Published add-ons are 1,000 extra texts for $10 a month and 10,000 extra emails for $10 a month.

A 14-day trial costs $1 and includes email, texting, pipelines and integrations, but not the AMS connection. Converting keeps the same account and adds AMS setup. Both plans list a dedicated account manager, monthly training, SSO, MFA and configurable outbound webhooks.

Who should look elsewhere

  • Vertafore agencies that want a native pipeline tool. A Vertafore-owned sales CRM may integrate more directly with AMS360 and QQCatalyst.
  • Agencies that mainly want automated client marketing. A marketing automation platform with prebuilt renewal, cross-sell and birthday campaigns and a published monthly price may be simpler.
  • Very small personal lines shops. If your AMS already includes texting and a lead pipeline, a separate CRM may add cost without much gain.

What agencies say

Reviewers, most writing in 2021 and 2022, praise the sales and retention pipelines, email templates and hands-on onboarding help. Complaints include a heavy initial setup, occasional bugs and, in one case, a problem support couldn't fix.
