Who wins with it

Choose it if

You want prebuilt renewal, cross-sell, review and birthday campaigns driven by AMS data, at a published flat monthly price.

Skip it if

You need a producer-focused sales CRM with built-in calling and per-producer close-rate reporting.

The good and the catch

+Published, flat pricing. Fuse is $249 a month plus a $500 setup fee, and texting is a $50 add-on, per the vendor's pricing (Oct 2026).
+Ten AMS integrations. The vendor lists AMS360, Applied Epic, Applied TAM, EZLynx, HawkSoft, Momentum by NowCerts, NASA Eclipse, Partner Platform, QQCatalyst and Xanatek.
+Near-real-time AMS360 sync with write-back. AMS360 notifies Fuse of record changes, and Fuse writes emails, form submissions, pipeline notes and texts back to the AMS360 and QQCatalyst activity logs.
+Prebuilt campaigns. Welcome kits, birthday and holiday messages, cross-sell, annual account reviews and NPS surveys come ready to run, with 100+ data points for targeting.
−Built for marketing, not dialing. The vendor's pages describe email, texting and postcards; we found no built-in calling or dialer.
−Write-back documented for only some AMSs. The activity sync article says only AMS360 and QQCatalyst are supported; HawkSoft gets activities and notes, and other AMS write-back isn't documented.
−Some AMS360 fields don't trigger a sync. Profile questions, notations and contact sort order changes don't notify Fuse; you refresh the account manually.
−Contract terms aren't published. The pricing page doesn't list a term, minimum or cancellation policy (Oct 2026).

What it is

Fuse is the marketing automation platform from Agency Revolution, which sells only to insurance agencies. The company says it has served agencies since 2012 and works with more than 3,000 of them. It is owned by FMG Suite. Agency Revolution also sells Forge agency websites, which pair with Fuse.

Fuse sits on the marketing side of the CRM category. It runs automated client campaigns from your AMS data and includes a pipeline for new-business leads. As of October 2026, the vendor lists ten AMS integrations: AMS360, Applied Epic, Applied TAM, EZLynx, HawkSoft, Momentum by NowCerts, NASA Eclipse, Partner Platform, QQCatalyst and Xanatek.

How it works

Based on Agency Revolution’s product pages and help center:

  1. Connect the AMS. For AMS360, setup runs through three wizards: web services, the EMS API and change notifications. The first full download usually takes two to eight hours. You then map policy statuses and employees.
  2. Keep data current. When a customer, contact or policy record changes, AMS360 notifies Fuse, and Fuse downloads that record. A few fields, such as profile answers and notations, don’t trigger an update. You can refresh an account by hand.
  3. Segment clients. Fuse uses more than 100 data points to target groups, such as personal lines versus commercial clients.
  4. Run campaigns. Prebuilt campaigns include welcome kits, birthday and holiday messages, cross-sell offers, annual account reviews before renewal and NPS surveys. Campaigns can trigger on client actions or milestones. AI tools help draft content.
  5. Work leads. The pipeline holds new-business leads, assigns them to staff with due dates and tracks renewals and claims for servicing.
  6. Text clients. The texting add-on gives a shared team inbox, website chat that moves to text, automated replies outside office hours and AI summaries of long threads.
  7. Write back. For AMS360 and QQCatalyst, Fuse logs email events, form submissions, pipeline notes, postcards and archived text conversations to the AMS activity log. For HawkSoft, Fuse writes activities and notes, including email sends, opens and bounces.

A dashboard reports NPS, email engagement, open rates and top campaigns.

Where it’s strong

Price you can check. Fuse is one of the few agency CRMs with a public price: $249 a month plus a $500 setup fee, as of October 2026. It’s a flat monthly price, not a per-user fee, so it doesn’t rise with every new CSR.

AMS coverage. Ten AMS integrations include systems many CRMs skip, such as Applied TAM, NASA Eclipse, Partner Platform and Xanatek.

AMS360 depth. The help center lists which fields trigger a sync and what flows back to the AMS. That level of detail helps you plan.

Retention focus. Account reviews before renewal, cross-sell sequences and NPS surveys target retention and account rounding.

Where it falls short

Not a producer sales tool. We found no built-in calling, dialer or per-producer close-rate reports. Agencies that sell mainly by phone may need another tool.

Write-back varies by AMS. The activity sync article supports only AMS360 and QQCatalyst. HawkSoft gets activities and notes. Write-back to Epic, EZLynx and the other AMSs isn’t documented.

Texting compliance isn’t documented. The texting page covers office-hours auto-replies but not opt-in, opt-out or 10DLC registration.

Terms and reviews. Contract length and cancellation terms aren’t published. G2 and Capterra blocked our requests, so we haven’t summarized user reviews.

Pricing and setup

Published pricing as of October 2026:

  • Fuse: $249 a month plus a $500 setup fee.
  • Fuse + Do It For Me (DIFM): $649 a month plus a $500 setup fee. Agency Revolution’s team runs your marketing.
  • Add-ons: Business Texting $50 a month (included with Forge Premium), DIFM marketing $400 a month, social media $90 a month.

AMS360 setup requires an admin login. Ask about contract term and how the activity write-back works for your AMS.

Who should look elsewhere

  • Producer-heavy sales teams. A sales CRM with built-in calling, quote pipelines and producer leaderboards fits agencies that live on the phone.
  • Agencies needing two-way policy updates. Look for a CRM that documents pushing contacts and policies into your specific AMS.
  • Agencies that want one tool for marketing and AMS. Some AMSs bundle email campaigns and texting, which may cover basic retention outreach.
