Your staff already have client data in documents, raters or your AMS and lose time re-typing it into carrier portals, for personal or commercial lines.
You run a personal lines shop that loses internet leads because producers can't call back fast enough, and you want calling, intake and quote prep in one tool.

The short version
Buyers compare these two because both promise faster quoting with AI. They work at different points in the quote.
Gaya is a Chrome and Edge extension. It copies client data from documents, raters or your AMS and pastes it into carrier portals. A person still drives every quote. It publishes a starting price and reports 450+ agency customers.
SUPERAGENT is a voice-first AI platform founded in 2025. It says 500+ US agencies use the platform as a whole. Its Quoting AI Agent, announced in January 2026, phones the customer, collects auto and home details, checks carrier rules and hands a producer a quote package to approve. It’s newer, covers personal lines only as documented, and doesn’t publish a carrier list.
Carriers and lines
Gaya works on the web page itself, so it doesn’t need carrier APIs. The vendor says it works across about 500 carrier portals plus EZLynx, PL Rating and TurboRater (October 2026). It lists personal lines (auto, home, umbrella, RV, boats, valuables) and commercial lines (trucking, commercial auto, GL, WC, BOP, property and cyber).
SUPERAGENT documents personal auto and homeowners, with ACORD 90 and ACORD 80 as its published examples. We found no documented commercial quoting. Its carrier page names no carriers and gives no count as of October 2026. The vendor describes filling ACORD forms, an EZLynx integration and a rater import file, but doesn’t say whether the agent logs into carrier portals with your credentials.
For commercial lines, only Gaya documents coverage. For personal lines, Gaya’s portal reach is stated and SUPERAGENT’s isn’t, so ask SUPERAGENT for its carrier list in your states.
Workflow and integrations
Gaya runs in three steps. Super Copy captures data from a portal, rater, AMS, PDF, ACORD form, dec page, spreadsheet or handwritten sheet. Super Clipboard saves it as a reusable client record. Super Paste fills the next form in one click. Staff review each form, answer any questions the data doesn’t cover and submit. HawkSoft agencies can send data straight into Gaya, per a joint announcement covered by Coverager. Gaya lists browser-based entry for Applied Epic, AMS360, EZLynx, QQCatalyst and NowCerts, and direct integrations with SALT, Canopy Connect and others. Desktop-only systems aren’t supported.
SUPERAGENT calls the lead, looks up public household data, then asks only for missing driver, vehicle, prior insurance and coverage details. It checks answers against carrier rules and returns the application, call records, side-by-side quotes, a summary PDF and a rater import file. A producer approves before the customer sees quotes. The vendor documents three handoff triggers: answers that conflict with looked-up data, no carrier fit, or a step that stalls. Its integrations page rates AgencyZoom and Momentum as supported, HawkSoft and EZLynx as supported with limits, and AMS360 as inbound calls only. Applied Epic isn’t listed.
Pricing and contracts
Gaya starts at $300 a month based on agency size, plus a one-time setup fee whose amount isn’t published (October 2026). Billing is month-to-month. There’s no free trial or money-back guarantee. The vendor states SOC 2 Type II compliance.
SUPERAGENT is credit-based. One pool of SUPERcredits covers calls, texts, email and call analysis, with no per-seat fees, per the vendor. We couldn’t confirm per-credit rates. There’s a 14-day free trial, and contract terms aren’t published. Its site lists no SOC 2 or similar audit, though security documents are available on request.
Independent reviews are thin for both. Gaya has 4.8 stars from 11 Chrome Web Store ratings. We found no rated G2 or Capterra reviews for either.

- Agencies on AgencyZoom or Momentum: SUPERAGENT documents full support for both.
