Getting appointed
Agencies apply with AmTrust's online Become an Agent form, which asks for FEIN, number of commercial producers, total commercial and workers' comp volume, top two commercial carriers by premium, and any aggregator or network membership. AmTrust says it may also require a formal application, financial and loss statements and background checks, and the form does not guarantee an appointment.
